Official Brand Warranty (Phones & Tablets)

Sealed-Box Guarantee: All smartphones and tablets (Apple, Samsung, etc.) sold are 100% original, PTA approved, and factory sealed.

No Return / Refund on Devices: Once the box seal is broken, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Warranty Claims: Any technical or hardware issues must be claimed directly through official service centers in Pakistan (Mercantile, GNEXT, Airlink, etc.).
Accessories Exchange Policy

Exchange Only: Charging adapters, cables, and other accessories can only be exchanged within 3 days if found defective.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: You must provide an unedited Parcel Opening Video showing the initial unboxing to claim an exchange for defective accessories.

Condition: Items damaged physically after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
