Terms of Service

By shopping on Usman Traders (usmantraders.tech), you agree to the following operational terms:

1. Payment Terms: Full advance payment is compulsory for order confirmation. COD is not offered under any circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges: A non-refundable standard shipping fee of Rs. 600 is applied to every order at checkout.

3. Sealed Box Guarantee: All phones and tablets sold are 100% original, PTA approved, and factory sealed. We do not take back or exchange opened box devices.

4. Exchange Claim: Claims for defective accessories require a mandatory Parcel Opening Video. Physical damage after delivery invalidates any exchange claim.
