Return and Refund Policy

At Usman Traders (usmantraders.tech), we guarantee 100% genuine and official brand-new devices and accessories.

Smartphones & Tablets Policy (Box-Packed Devices)

  • No Return, No Refund, No Exchange: Apple, Samsung, and other brand-new smartphones or tablets come in factory-sealed boxes with official brand warranty (Mercantile, GNEXT, Airlink, etc.). Once the box seal is opened, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Any hardware or manufacturing issues after opening the box must be claimed directly through the respective official brand service centers.

Accessories Exchange Policy

  • Accessories (chargers, cables, adapters, etc.) are eligible for Exchange Only within 3 days of delivery if they arrive defective or non-functional.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: An exchange will ONLY be processed if you provide an unedited Parcel Opening Video showing the package being opened for the first time and the defect clearly visible.

  • Condition: The accessory must be physically undamaged, scratch-free, and returned with its original packaging intact.

Refunds & Advance Payment

  • Strictly Advance Payment: We operate exclusively on an Advance Payment basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Monetary refunds are not provided unless an ordered product is completely out of stock prior to dispatch.
